Martina Oria, PhD student working at the Istituto Nazionale di Ricerca Metrologica (INRiM) participated in the event “Just the woman I am”, held in Torino (Italy) in March 2025, with a pitch talk on AI application in breast screening.
In the occasion of the mid-term period (M18), MAIBAI members met at the Istituto Superiore di Sanità (ISS) in Rome (Italy), on 17–18 February 2025, to discuss the project achievements, next steps and joint collaboration activities.
On 14 February 2025, Dr. Alessandra Manzin (INRiM), MAIBAI coordinator, presented an oral contribution titled “Application of Artificial Intelligence in breast screening: The role of synthetic data and validation steps”, at the 19th edition of the A&T trade show, dedicated to Technological Solutions, Innovation, Reliability and Skills 4.0-5.0.
On 22 November 2024, Dr. Alessandra Manzin (INRiM), coordinator of MAIBAI, illustrated the progress of the project at the Mathmet/PTB workshop on metrology for AI in medicine, held in Berlin (Germany) at the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB).

On 27 June 2024, Dr. Alessandra Manzin (INRiM), coordinator of MAIBAI, illustrated the progress of the project at the annual general meeting of the European Metrology Network for Mathematics and Statistics (Mathmet).
